President Trump is facing a massive decision.
It could mean World War 3.
That’s because Donald Trump had Iran on edge over this massive attack order.
After President Trump ordered the bombing mission that degraded Iran’s nuclear program last June, there is little doubt what that meant.
Warmongers in Washington hoped this meant Trump would sign on to their long-sought-after goal of a regime-change war in Iran.
Israeli Prime Minister Benajmain Netanyahu traveled to Mar-a-Lago on December 29 to pitch Trump on another war with Iran.
And it looked like the swamp would get its wish.
Iran closed its airspace over the country.
The U.S. ordered military personnel to evacuate Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar, seen as a likely target for Iranian retaliation following a U.S. strike.
But on the day everyone thought Trump was going to bomb Iran, Trump pulled one of his patented surprises.
Trump told reporters that “we have been informed by significant sources on the other side” that the killing of protestors and planned executions by the Iranian government stopped.
“We were given a very good statement by people who are aware of what’s going on,” Trump added. “I hope that’s true, who knows? Crazy world.”
What it came down to was the fact that Trump promised Americans to avoid protracted regime change wars in the Middle East.
And NBC News reported that the military couldn’t guarantee to Trump that bombing Iran wouldn’t drag America into another Iraq-style quagmire.
“President Donald Trump has told his national security team that he would want any U.S. military action in Iran to deliver a swift and decisive blow to the regime and not spark a sustained war that dragged on for weeks or months, according to a U.S. official, two people familiar with the discussions, and a person close to the White House.
But Trump’s advisers have so far not been able to guarantee to him that the regime would quickly collapse after an American military strike, the U.S. official and two people familiar with the discussions said, and there is concern that the U.S. may not have all the assets in the region it would need to guard against what administration officials expect would be an aggressive Iranian response,” NBC News reported.
Trump putting America first didn’t stop warmongers like RINO Senator Lindsey Graham and talk show host Mark Levin from trying to pressure Trump into war with Iran.
“Every indication that I’ve seen says that the Iranian regime’s killing of protestors is still very much in full swing. The death toll is mounting by the hour. Hoping that help is on the way,” Graham wrote on social media.
”Just spoke with a friend who managed to reach Iraqi Kurdistan. This is what he told me:
The number of people killed is far higher than 12,000. The massacre is beyond horrific. The regime is close to succeeding in crushing the uprising through unchecked violence. The brutal cold is another decisive factor; people simply cannot stay in the streets longer. If help does not arrive today, or at the very latest by tomorrow, the game is over,” Levin posted on X.
President Trump ignored the warmongers and trusted his America First instincts.
