The American people elected Donald Trump to bring about change.
But Trump was stymied by a familiar foe.
And Donald Trump seethed with rage when this judge went rogue.
Musk promised during the campaign he could uncover $2 trillion in spending cuts.
Trump tasked Musk and his team with making good on that boast.
As soon as Musk got to work, he discovered the waste, fraud and abuse in government was even worse than anyone thought.
Trump effectively shut down USAID upon learning the agency weaponized its $44 billion budget to fund a global leftist political revolution such as toppling the pro-Trump government in Brazil, woke idiocy like transgender comic books in Peru and a sprawling international censorship regime to silence conservatives.
Elon Musk and DOGE then set their sights on the Treasury Department.
The left ran to the biggest kangaroo court they could find in the courtroom of New York U.S. District Court Judge Paul Engelmayer, a Barack Obama appointee.
Engelmayer issued a lawless order preventing President Trump or Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent from exercising their constitutional authority to delegate authority to executive branch employees to help manage the executive branch.
This order blocked Musk and the DOGE team, who are executive branch employees, from accessing the Treasury Department payment system to prevent them from carrying out the audit on behalf of the President of the United States – who Article II designates as the head of the executive branch – and from carrying out the forensic audit of the government’s books.
Musk later went on X to explain what DOGE was doing and the outrageous illegal payment scheme Engelmayer’s order helped cover up.
First, Musk said his team attempted to bring a semblance of organization to the government’s payment system assigning each transaction a code that made them searchable and simple to sort.
“Require that all outgoing government payments have a payment categorization code, which is necessary in order to pass financial audits. This is frequently left blank, making audits almost impossible,” Musk wrote on X.
Musk also said DOGE required each transaction to list a rationale for why taxpayer money was being spent.
“All payments must also include a rationale for the payment in the comment field, which is currently left blank. Importantly, we are not yet applying ANY judgment to this rationale, but simply requiring that SOME attempt be made to explain the payment more than NOTHING!” Musk added.
Musk then said DOGE would require the government to adhere to the list of people and entities – the deceased, foreign terrorist organizations, etc. – on the “do not pay” list.
“The DO-NOT-PAY list of entities known to be fraudulent or people who are dead or are probable fronts for terrorist organizations or do not match Congressional appropriations must actually be implemented and not ignored. Also, it can currently take up to a year to get on this list, which is far too long. This list should be updated at least weekly, if not daily,” Musk continued.
It was soon clear why payments weren’t coded or accompanied by a reason for why the money was going out the door.
The swamp was running a money laundering scheme funneling $100 billion a year in illegal Social Security and Medicare payments to illegal aliens.
“Yesterday, I was told that there are currently over $100B/year of entitlements payments to individuals with no SSN or even a temporary ID number. If accurate, this is extremely suspicious,” Musk revealed.
Musk then told Americans their government wasted $1 billion a week on fraud.
“When I asked if anyone at Treasury had a rough guess for what percentage of that number is unequivocal and obvious fraud, the consensus in the room was about half, so $50B/year or $1B/week!!” Musk added.
Democrats rushed to an Obama judge to issue a sweeping order that created a constitutional crisis simply because they are terrified once Musk and the DOGE team present their findings to the American people there will be an unstoppable cascade of momentum to turn off the spigot of taxpayer money the left diverts to their pet political projects.
