Support for Israel against aggression from its neighbors and Islamic terror groups used to be one of the rare areas of bipartisan agreements in American politics.
Not anymore.
Democrats are abandoning Israel in the wake of the October 7 Hamas attack where the terrorist group massacred 1,200 Jews, raped women, and executed babies by chopping their heads off.
Israel waged military operations to wipe Hamas out, but a large segment of the Democrat base supports Hamas believing the Palestinians are an oppressed minority and the Israelis are Western colonial oppressors based solely on the fact that Israelis are considered “white” and the Palestinians have darker skin.
The pro-Hamas faction of the Democrat Party is especially strong in Michigan where more than 200,000 Muslin votes live.
100,000 Democrats voted “uncommitted” in the 2028 Presidential primary.
A recent CNN poll found Donald Trump leading Biden by eight in Michigan as well.
Needless to say it was panic time in the Biden campaign.
That’s why in an interview with ABC News, Harris refused to rule out consequences for Israel if it went forward with ground operations in Rafah to root out Hamas.
“I am ruling out nothing,” Harris decaled.
“We have been clear in multiple conversations and in every way that any major military operation in Rafah would be a huge mistake,” Harris continued.
Senator John Fetterman (D PA) took the eyebrow raising step of publicly rebuking the sitting Vice President from his own Party.
“Hard disagree,” Fetterman wrote on X in a post where he linked to an article about Harris stabbing Israel in the back. “Israel has the right to prosecute Hamas to surrender or to be eliminated.”
Fetterman became the one Democrat willing to tell the truth about this issue by stating that all the blame for the civilian deaths in Gaza lay out the feet of the cowards in Hamas who hid among the civilian population so they can use women and children as human shields.
“Hamas owns every innocent death for their cowardice hiding behind Palestinian lives,” Fetterman continued.
Unlike Kamala Harris, Fetterman explained the simple fact that there could be a cease fire in Gaza that very second.
All that needed to happen was the terrorist group Hamas surrender and release the remaining hostages held in captivity.
“SPOILER: It’s a war and Hamas needs to surrender or face elimination,” Fetterman stated adding that Hamas should “Send every hostage back home NOW.”
