The courts continue to play an outsized role in American politics.
That’s exactly how the left drew it up.
And the Supreme Court may get Trump impeached over this awful loss.
As 2024 Battleground reports:
The fate of Donald Trump’s Presidency may very well rest with the Wisconsin Supreme Court election.
Conservative Brad Schimel is facing radical leftist and former Planned Parenthood Attorney Susan Crawford.
The majority on the Wisconsin Supreme Court is at stake.
Schimel told Breitbart that if the left wins the race, the reverberations will be felt far outside the Badger State.
“If you told me 16 months ago when I started this campaign that we are going to be the number one race in America here in Wisconsin…I would’ve said there’s not a chance. This is just the Wisconsin Supreme Court — but it’s bigger than that. I mean, my opponent is selling congressional seats here, running for this court. They are off the hook. They don’t care about the Constitution or the law anymore. They’re on a political mission to take power and control, and it’s going beyond Wisconsin,” Schimel stated.
Schimel explained that if Crawford wins, then the liberal majority on the State Supreme Court can throw out the current Congressional map.
That will allow Democrats to erase two Republican-held seats and redraw the lines to guarantee Democrat victories.
“And it goes bigger than just Wisconsin because of course, my opponent got caught by the New York Times. They got the email inviting all these national billionaire donors on to say, if they get her elected to the Wisconsin Supreme Court, they would redistrict the congressional maps in Wisconsin and turn two Republican congressional seats into Democrat congressional seats,” Schimel added.
Under this new map, a Democrat majority in the 2026 midterms elections is a fait accompli, as enough seats would be a Democrat majority heading into the voting that Republicans had no chance to win.
The last time Democrats held the majority, they used the Ukraine and January 6 hoaxes as the flimsy pretext to impeach President Trump twice.
Schimel warned if Democrats win this race, then they will hold the majority in Congress for the last two years of Trump’s term – which means not only the death of President Trump’s legislative agenda, but more impeachments to feed the Democrats’ spite over President Trump winning the last election.
“Which of course means that it’s very unlikely that, as we go into the second half of President Trump’s term, that he’ll have a majority in the United States Congress to get anything done anymore,” Schimel concluded.
