Karine Jean-Pierre doesn’t have a reputation for being quick on her feet.
Many believe she’s the worst White House press secretary they’ve ever seen.
And Karine Jean-Pierre is in deep trouble about this slip up about Joe Biden.
Special counsel Robert Hur reporting that Joe Biden is too mentally incompetent to stand trial due to his cognitive decline forced the media – for the first time in four years – to report on the fact that Joe Biden is senile.
Joe Biden’s cognitive state became a flashpoint in a White House press briefing after Biden’s physician Dr. Kevin O’Connor issued a statement straight out of the North Korean “Dear Leader” propaganda manual.
“President Biden is a healthy, active, robust 81-year-old male, who remains fit to successfully execute the duties of the Presidency, to include those as Chief Executive, Head of State and Commander in Chief,” O’Connor said of Biden.
Reporters actually did their job for once and asked Jean-Pierre during the White House press briefing if a cognitive exam was part of Biden’s physical.
“Did the president take a mental fitness or cognitive test during his physical this morning?” a reporter wondered.
The answer was no.
“As it relates to, you were asking me about a cognitive test, as it relates to that — look, the president doesn’t need a cognitive test,” Jean-Pierre responded. “That is not my assessment. That is not my assessment. That is the assessment of the president’s doctor, that is also the assessment of the neurologist who has also made that assessment as well.”
Jean-Pierre claimed Biden took a cognitive exam every single day as he had to carry out the duties of being president.
“And you have heard us say this, and I’ll reiterate this again, if you look at what this president, who is also the Commander-in-Chief, passes a cognitive test every day,” Jean-Pierre began. “Every day. As he moves from one topic to another topic, trying to understand the granular level of these topics. You saw him talk about fighting crime today, tomorrow he is going to go to the border, next week he is going to give the State of the Union address. So we have that in mind. This is a very rigorous job and the president has been able to do this job every day for the past three years.”
Jean-Pierre was right as the proof was in the pudding.
Biden recently gave speeches where he told a crowd he recently spoke to long-dead leaders of European countries, and he essentially needed a walker during a trip to the southern border where he had to prop himself up for the public photo ops.

Polls show as many as 86 percent of Americans think Joe Biden is too old to be president for a reason.
Biden could put this story to rest by taking a cognitive test.
But Biden’s doctors didn’t make him take a cognitive test for one simple reason – they know he would fail.
