Joe Biden’s trying to fend off scandals coming in from every direction.
But the worst may have just hit him.
And this young girl’s shocking murder put Joe Biden in an awful spot.
Athens police arrested 26-year-old illegal alien Jose Ibarra on charges he murdered 22-year-old University of Georgia nursing student Laken Riley while Riley was out for a run on campus.
Joe Biden released Ibarra into the country in September 2022 as part of his administration’s policy of trafficking as many illegal aliens as possible into the United States.
“Multiple DHS sources confirm the suspect in UGA student, Laken Riley’s murder—José Antonio Ibarra is here illegally from Venezuela. CBP documents show he crossed in September of 2022 into El Paso, Texas and was released due to lack of detention space,” NewsNation’s Ali Bradley reported.
Trump adviser Stephen Miller wrote on social media that the district attorney should file murder charges against Biden and Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas as helping to facilitate Ibarra’s presence in the country makes them – in Miller’s way of thinking – an accessory to murder.

Miller is raising the point that Donald Trump made in his appeal to toss Jack Smith’s January 6 charges on the grounds of presidential immunity.
Without presidential immunity it’s open season on presidents once they leave office.
Federal and state prosecutors could easily file charges against Biden and a host of his aides once they leave office for human trafficking when they shipped 7.2 million illegal aliens into the United States.
In this case, Ibarra is in the country solely at the fault of Joe Biden.
Joe Biden rescinded the “Remain in Mexico” protocols and reinstated catch and release.
The Border Patrol set Ibarra loose due to lack of space at detention facilities because Joe Biden created numerous magnets attracting a record influx of illegal aliens into America.
Since Joe Biden took office, his administration has trafficked 7.2 million illegal aliens into the United States.
That number is bigger than the population of 36 states.
And those are just the illegal aliens the government tracks at the border.
No one knows how many evaded detection – known as “got-aways” to make their way into America.
Republicans are currently struggling to round up the votes to impeach Joe Biden even though investigations turned up piles of evidence about Joe Biden’s role in his family’s alleged influence peddling scheme.
Many conservatives believe impeaching Biden for enabling an invasion at the southern border – which is now resulting in the deaths of American citizens – would be a place to start.
